A snowy retreat for families
Waking up in our glass igloo was pure magic, especially with stunning snowy views and our own hot tub. The kids loved exploring Santa Claus Village nearby.
However, the restaurant felt too formal for our family, and my son’s limited menu options were a letdown. It felt odd paying the same price but getting less. {

The breakfasts were fantastic, and we loved exploring Snowman World with ice slides and skating. Perfect place for a group trip!
The spiral stairs to the upper level were quite steep and could be tricky, especially after a long day.

I had an amazing time unwinding in the private sauna and enjoying the always-ready hot tub after a long day of exploring! The fun relaxation options made it easy to kick back and recharge. Just a heads up, the restaurant felt a bit too formal for my taste, but the food was still top-notch! 😊

A Magical Escape with Unforgettable Amenities!
Our stay exceeded expectations! The outdoor hot tub against the snowy backdrop was pure bliss. The staff were incredibly accommodating, even delivering a delightful breakfast basket for our early flight. Don't miss out on the amazing sauna experience. Remember to visit Santa Claus Village when the weather is nice!

The glass igloo design provides a unique experience, allowing guests to gaze at the night sky from the comfort of their own space. Private hot tubs add an extra layer of relaxation, making it a perfect retreat for unwinding after a day of adventures.
Location-wise, it's somewhat on the outskirts of Santa Claus Village, making luggage transport a bit of a hassle, especially in bad weather. The spiral stairs, while visually appealing, are pretty annoying—narrow steps make moving between levels tricky, especially when carrying anything. To top it off, light pollution from the village hampers the visibility of the northern lights, which is a real letdown for those expecting a stellar sky show. Plus, the TV setup feels poorly designed—small screen positioned far from the seating area, making it hard to enjoy a movie when you're cozying up. Lastly, the half-board dining option lacked choices for kids, which makes it feel exclusive to adults.

The hot tub outside was incredible, especially at night when the snow was falling all around and I was just soaking and looking up at the stars. Plus, the staff were super welcoming and made sure I understood how to use everything in the apartment, it made me feel right at home.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but the experience justifies it.

The glass igloo concept at Glass Resort blew me away. Stunning views of the forest from floor-to-ceiling windows added a serene vibe. Our Premium Glass Apartment with Sauna and Hot Spa was modern and clean, with a private outdoor hot tub that was perfect for unwinding. The in-room sauna felt luxurious and spacious enough for a cozy experience. Dinner at the restaurant was phenomenal. I still think about the taste! Breakfast options were presented beautifully, too. However, the location had its drawbacks. It's a bit of a trek from the main info center in Santa Claus Village, especially when lugging bags through icy paths. Limited vegetarian options on the menu left me disappointed since I had informed the staff about my dietary preferences. The small TV far from the seating area made it challenging to enjoy a relaxing evening indoors. Also, the spiral stairs to the bedroom were more aesthetic than practical—definitely tricky after a long day of activities. All things considered, a memorable stay with fantastic amenities, but a few tweaks could make it even better.

During my stay, I enjoyed the unique glass igloo decor and appreciated the friendly staff who made my visit comfortable. I found the hot tub relaxing after a long day exploring. Breakfast offered an excellent variety, especially the salmon. I will always remember the special atmosphere of the place, even if the northern lights eluded me.
The stairs to the upper level were steep, which could be challenging after a day out. I also found the brightness in the area made it difficult to see the northern lights properly.

Magical, magical, magical
The glass igloo design is a breathtaking way to take in the stunning views of the snowy landscape and starry skies. I could soak in the private outdoor hot tub surrounded by Arctic beauty, making it feel like a dream! Each evening, the delicious dishes from the on-site restaurant felt like a festive culinary adventure, especially the local reindeer dishes.

excellent food but limited vegetarian options
The food exceeded my expectations, especially the salmon at breakfast which was simply superb. The sauna in my room provided unmatched relaxation after a long day. I also deeply appreciated the warm assistance from the staff, who were quick to cater to my requests. It was a lovely surprise to find such caring individuals among the team. they made my experience feel personal.
Though the dining was fantastic, the lack of diverse vegetarian options was noticeable.

I absolutely loved the stunning glass igloo decor and the accessibility provided, including the lovely spa facilities. The staff were attentive, ensuring all our needs were met, which made our stay especially comfortable and enjoyable.
More vegetarian options would enhance the dining experience.

Wow, I’m still dreaming about that phenomenal dinner—best I’ve ever had! The hot tub was a game changer, not just a sprinkle of luxury. Plus, it’s right by Santa's village for quick adventures. Eat your heart out at the on-site restaurant!
Okay, but the whole light situation was a bit of a puzzle. too much brightness made finding the northern lights tricky. And the app for spotting them? Bit of a letdown since another resort offered it for free.
